District Administration and YSCC Director

 

Qualifications:

• Teacher Certification in any area

Duties:

• Assist students in completing remediation activities.
• Assist students with organizational skills, study skills, note-taking skills, and test-taking strategies.
• Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, and build confidence in students.
• Provide a nurturing, supportive, and positive learning environment with high expectations that encourage student responsibility, enhance motivation, clearly communicate classroom routines, and incorporate challenging instructional strategies.
• Collect data on student progress and adjust instruction based on data and planning with the teacher.
• Meets and/or communicates with District Administration and YSCC Director at regular intervals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation: 

 

$20.00 per hour

 

Dates:

 

June and July as needed

 

Hours: 

 

To be determined by the District and YSCC, a maximum of 3 hours per day.
