Qualifications: 

Prefer candidate to speak Spanish

Previous experience working with students

Duties:               

• Assist the teacher in preparing instructional materials and classroom displays and instructional activities.
• Work with individual students or small groups to conduct instructional strategies assigned by the teacher.
• Assist with the administration and scoring of objective testing instruments or work assignments.
• Assist in supervising students throughout the school day, both inside and outside the classroom, including lunchroom, bus duty, and playground.
• Keep the teacher informed of any special needs or problems of individual students. Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly classroom.
• Assist in inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment.
• Assist the site facilitator in keeping administrative records and preparing required reports.
• Participate in staff development training programs, faculty meetings, and special events as needed.
• Assist teachers in the use of technology to enhance student learning.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Compensation:       

$15.00 per hour

Dates:                      

• May 30-31, 2024 (Workdays)
• June 3-27, 2024 (Monday - Thursday)
• Off June 19 for the holiday

Hours:                      

7:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
